Install the downloader (CLI)

This tool is a desktop app for researchers. It exports data, analyzes timestamps, and generates Excel outputs.

What you will do​

  • Install the desktop app on macOS or Windows
  • Run the app (or run from source if you are a developer)
  • Find where local files are saved

Steps​

a) Install on macOS (DMG)​

  1. Download the DMG.
  2. Open it and drag the app into Applications.
  3. Open the app.

b) Install on Windows (MSI)​

  1. Download the MSI.
  2. Run the installer.
  3. Open the app.

Report issues​

Include:

  • OS version
  • App version (or git commit if running from source)
  • Steps to reproduce (Export, Analyze, Excel)
  • Screenshots of the error (if any)
  • The newest files under your local app folder
